1. Each employee or contractor who signs up for 2026 holiday pre-training is registered as a unique active user consuming 1 seat. 2. When offboarded or cleaned, the seat returns to your active available quota (zero wasted spend). 3. If that same worker rejoins for 2027 operations, they are re-enrolled and counted again as a new active seat.

How Our Seat Management & Unique User Accounting Works
When an employee, contractor, or paraprofessional registers for pre-arrival training, they are counted as 1 unique active user consuming 1 license seat.
When a seasonal project ends or an employee departs, click Clean Inactive Seats. The license immediately returns to your available pool for zero waste.
If an offboarded worker rejoins your team or a new project cohort in 2027, they are re-registered and counted again as a new active seat.
