Our Core Principles

CLEAR SCOPE

The engagement should define work, deliverables, responsibilities, dependencies and approval expectations.

MINIMUM NECESSARY ACCESS

Access should be limited to what is required for agreed work.

APPROVED SOURCES

Learning content and AI-assisted work should use approved source material.

HUMAN REVIEW

Subject-matter, instructional and publishing decisions should remain under appropriate human review.

QUALITY BEFORE RELEASE

Content and functionality should be reviewed before handover or launch.

DOCUMENTED DECISIONS

Important scope, review and delivery decisions should be recorded.

Security, privacy, accessibility and governance requirements depend on the engagement.

Delivery and Quality

We follow a structured methodology covering discovery, scope, responsibilities, content review, design, development, stakeholder review, quality assurance, acceptance, launch preparation, handover, and maintenance.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does TheEduAssist hold ISO or SOC 2 certification?
Certifications should only be claimed where current evidence exists. TheEduAssist does not currently hold ISO or SOC 2 certification. We focus on project-specific controls and transparent delivery practices.
Does TheEduAssist guarantee WCAG compliance?
Accessibility scope must be agreed and tested. While we design with accessibility in mind (referencing WCAG 2.2), we do not guarantee site-wide or course-wide conformance without a complete audit and documented scope.
How is client access handled?
Access depends on project requirements. We advocate for minimum necessary access, using approved accounts, and removing access after handover where appropriate.
How is AI-generated material reviewed?
Client and subject-matter approval remain important. AI outputs are reviewed for accuracy, tone, bias, cultural suitability, and learning alignment before being incorporated into deliverables.
Can project-specific security questions be reviewed?
Yes, security questions relevant to the agreed scope can be reviewed during project discussions.
Can TheEduAssist work under an NDA?
NDA availability depends on review and agreement. We can review NDAs where appropriate for the engagement.
Can procurement teams request additional information?
Yes, procurement teams can request information related to company details, project scope, and readiness during an enterprise engagement discussion.
How are quality issues managed?
Quality issues are reviewed during defined testing phases and addressed according to the agreed project scope and acceptance criteria before handover.
Who approves the final learning content?
The client remains responsible for final subject-matter approval and verifying that the content meets their business and legal requirements.
Does the Trust Centre replace contractual terms?
No. Public information does not replace contracts. Specific commitments are defined in the agreed Statement of Work or service contract.
